The Rev Brian J Richman
Brian was born in London, England in 1955, moved to Texas in 2001, where he married his second wife, Sharon. Both Brian and Sharon are ordained ministers and able to perform marriages in the State of Texas. They share a newly built house in north west Tarrant County with Sharon's son and two dogs.Brian has two children from his first marriage, one living in England and one living here, in Dallas.
With several degrees, both 'honorary' and 'earned', Rev. Brian has held posts at several British Universities, performing both staff and teaching roles. He has worked at the University of London and also at the Open University, which is the premier distance teaching University in the UK. Brian is also currently on the staff of a leading North Texas four year University.
Ordained as ministers in the Universal Ministry Church of Milford, IL., both Brian and his wife Sharon are legally entitled to perform all services of the Church, but prefer to focus on performing weddings. This way they can bring the joy of sharing and partnership to as wide a group of people as possible.
The Universal Ministry Church is a non-denominational Church founded in the truth of accepting the rights of all to follow their own personal beliefs without our intervention. We uphold the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, and the right of the individual to legally worship as they please.

- We can perform a wedding ceremony - quick or complex - at any location.
- We are more than happy to travel to your location outside the immediate
DF/W Metroplex or surrounding areas to perform a ceremony as well as work with your
wedding planner on making the day special. After all, it is your day.
- In addition, we also offer my services to help those in less traditional relationships to publicly celebrate and proclaim their love.
